Withdrawal Policy
Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the school must follow the prescribed procedure.
Procedure for Withdrawal
- A written application for withdrawal, stating the reason, must be submitted to the Principal by the parent/guardian.
- A minimum of one month's notice (or as specified in the school prospectus, e.g., three months) in writing is required for withdrawal. If the notice period is shorter, one month's (or applicable period's) tuition fee in lieu of notice will be charged.
- For withdrawals requested mid-session, fees for the entire term/quarter (as per school policy) may be applicable.
- All school dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (TC) and other documents can be issued.
Issuance of Transfer Certificate (TC)
