General Instructions

Guidelines for parents to ensure smooth functioning of school activities

Attendance

Ensure regular and punctual attendance
Inform school in case of absence via written application
Medical certificates required for absences exceeding 3 days
Minimum 75% attendance mandatory for exams

School Uniform

Ensure clean and proper uniform daily
Check haircut and grooming standards
Label all belongings with child's name
No fancy accessories allowed

Punctuality

Drop children before school start time
Late arrivals require permission slip
Pick up children promptly after school
Inform in advance for early departures

Academic Support Guidelines

Homework & Studies

Provide quiet study space at home
Monitor homework completion daily
Encourage reading habits
Limit screen time during school days

Examination Policy

Ensure child prepares well in advance
No leave granted during exam days
Check exam schedule regularly
Review report cards and meet teachers

Health & Safety

Medical Information

Update medical records annually
Inform school about allergies/special needs
Don't send sick children to school
Provide emergency contact numbers

Transport Rules

Be at bus stop 5 minutes early
Inform changes in pickup/drop points
Escort young children to/from bus
No private vehicles inside school premises

Important Note

Parents are requested not to enter classrooms during school hours without permission. All visits should be scheduled in advance through the school office. Mobile phones are not permitted for students in school premises.
